What do we expect from you?
- Secondary school education with a high school diploma in a technical field, ideally in electrical, low voltage or information technology
- experience with implementation of software solutions or technical support an advantage
- communicative, cooperative and responsible
- openness to new technologies and willingness to learn new things
- driving licence sk. B
- criminal record
- willingness to travel and flexibility
- Knowledge of attendance systems or other B2B solutions is an advantage
What will you be doing here?
- communication with customers regarding their requirements and subsequent setup in the system
- implementation of our software solutions at clients
- providing technical support to users after system deployment
- training of users on new system features and optimization of their processes
- cooperation with the development team on custom solutions
